A Workspace has separate identity, ownership, and membership dimensions.

  • stableWorkspaceKey is the immutable public route identity.
  • workspaceId is the internal identity used by Host state and cross-resource references.
  • A personal Workspace is owned by a Principal.
  • An organization Workspace is owned by a Tenant.
  • Members collaborate through roles without automatically becoming the owner.

owner, admin, editor, and viewer describe product membership semantics. Plugin, credential, MCP, and data capabilities remain explicit permissions or grants.
