Define repeatable product processes inside a Workspace.
A Workflow is a product process composed of inputs, triggers, steps, effects, and results. It is distinct from the Agent loop used to understand and plan a request.
Planned: Workflow creation, validation, human approval, runs, retries, and recovery will be documented as the Workbench surface matures.
