Configure Agents that work inside a Workspace.
An Agent is a Workspace-scoped participant that understands intent, uses context, plans through typed capabilities, requests permission when needed, and reports results.
Planned: the full Agent configuration workflow will be expanded as Workbench surfaces and model/provider contracts stabilize.
