<Panel />What it is
Panel is a declarative surface in Aboard Nexus. It describes intent, state, and composition so the Workbench can validate the contribution before rendering it.
Contract
Declare a stable component id, locale-aware labels, data bindings, and the states the surface can enter. Runtime values come from an authoritative Workspace source; generated content must not invent them.
Composition
Compose this component with the surrounding page region and the smallest set of supporting components. Keep destructive or permission-sensitive actions behind Draft, Preview, and Confirmation.
For Agents
Select this component from the capability catalog, emit its declarative contribution, and return a Draft or Preview. Do not import arbitrary React or execute side effects from documentation.
