This group is for maintainers, extension developers, and Agents reviewing architecture.
Current architecture status
- Implemented: Host authority, Workspace-scoped Plugin Runtime, registration scopes and disposers, Contracts packages, declarative UI contributions, and atomic JSON StateStore.
- Partial: Provider Runtime, Agent Runtime, Workspace Page generation, Exchange, and Handoff.
- Designed / incomplete: Host-owned Tool Execution, Durable Runs, complete Worker isolation, and replaceable Repositories.
- Future reserved: Managed Agent Platform authority migration and third-party extension distribution.
Every new capability must state its Workspace scope, canonical owner, versioned contract, permissions, side effects, evidence, and retirement condition.
